Please review the policy below before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Each unit is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Order Accuracy & Damage (Our Error Only)

We will offer a replacement only if an error occurred on our behalf, such as:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged 

To report an eligible issue, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier,     8THIRTEENXTENSIONS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If shipping insurance is selected at checkout, claims must be filed through the insurance provider.

If insurance is not selected, the customer assumes responsibility once the item has been shipped and marked delivered.

Ready to Ship Units

Prepared within 1-3 business days.

Made to Order | Custom Units

Prepared within 7-14 business days.

Processing begins once your order is confirmed and verification is completed.

Processing times may extend slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to transit time after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping options are selected at checkout:

  • Overnight (Insurance Included)
  • Express
  • Economy

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time.

Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, a verification

form may be sent after purchase.

The form will be sent to:

  • The email address on file
  • The phone number on file

Important: Failure to complete verification may result in order cancellation and refund.

Orders ship to the address entered at checkout.

Address changes must be requested before shipment.

Once your package has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.For delivery updates, please use your tracking number and contact the carrier directly.
